Asia HR Operations

• Oversea and handle HR operational processes across multiple Asia countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards independently.
• Drive and assist in driving process standardization across regions to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.

Project Support

• Participate in HR projects by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination from initiation through completion.
• Oversee and support project management activities such as tracking progress, preparing reports, and maintaining timelines.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure deliverables are met and provide administrative support during meetings.
• Act as a liaison for information flow between HR teams and stakeholders regarding deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Process Documentation

• Develop, maintain and update swimlane process maps for HR workflows.
• Ensure current SOPs are accurate and assist in creating new SOPs when additional processes are introduced.

HR System Support

• Demonstrate strong understanding of HR systems and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance and able to provide guidance to team and new joiners.
• Participate in HR system transition projects, including testing and implementation support.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with HR team members to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality service.
• Adapt to changing business needs and processes while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.
• Model behaviors aligned with company values and contribute to a supportive team environment.

• Degree in Human Resources field or any other related field
• Experience of using HR systems 
• Strong communications skills
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences is preferred
• Good knowledge of Ms. Office
• Good knowledge of labour laws
• Good with organizational skills
• Have strong written and verbal communication in English
• Good in situation handling
• Experience in international organizations is considered an advantage
