Who we are?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual who wants to take their first steps in the world of Human Resources. Your main mission will be to provide operational and administrative support to the People team, helping us ensure that internal processes run smoothly and the employee experience is excellent from day one.

What will you do?

• Document Management: Support in organizing, filing, and digitizing employee records.
• Onboarding: Assist in preparing for the arrival of new team members (collecting data, preparing welcome kits, and initial documentation).
• Data Updates: Support in maintaining our employee database to ensure all information is up to date.
• Administrative Follow-up: Assist in managing signatures for contracts, certificates, and other employment documents.
• General Support Tasks: Occasional collaboration on office tasks and logistical support for the HR team.


Requirements:
• University Student: Ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with your study center (Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar).
• Organized Profile: Ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
• Languages: Fluent level of Spanish and an intermediate level of English (international environment).
• Proactive Attitude: Eagerness to learn, discretion in handling sensitive data, and strong communication skills.
