We are currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have previously worked in a HR capacity and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Being the main point of contact for any queries linked to HR administration
• Sending out new hire onboarding documents
• Adding, amending and removing hires from relevant systems
• Checking information has been added correctly by hiring managers for new starters, changes and leavers
• Dealing with any reference requests
• Creating personnel files for new starters
• Any additional duties as required by the business
Requirements:
• Previous HR experience is not essential; a strong background in administration is suitable
• Good understanding of HR processes
• Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work well in a team
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
