As our HR Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Operations, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, build strong systems knowledge, and be part of a collaborative and professional HR community.
Key responsibilities include
• Maintaining accurate and secure employee records and HR documentation 
• Supporting pre-employment compliance checks, renewals, and audits 
• Providing general administrative support and data entry across HR functions 
• Updating HR systems (iChris and others) with key employee and compliance information 
• Supporting data quality, audits, and internal reporting needs 
• Contributing to broader HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Updating and maintaining employee communication/information channels 
Essential
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving 
• Excellent time management and the ability to follow structured processes 
• A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service 
• Confidence with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfort learning new systems 
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment 
Desirable
• Tertiary studies in HR or related fields are highly regarded
