Job Description

If you love supporting people and making a real difference behind the scenes, this role is for you. We’re looking for a highly organised, people‑focused HR Administrator to join our team and help shape a great employee experience from day one.

Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment coordination and onboarding, to IT/equipment setup and day‑to‑day office support. You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping our processes running smoothly and ensuring new starters feel welcomed and set up for success.

Duties and responsibilities:

You’ll support a wide range of People, IT, and office operations, including:

Coordinating interviews, managing job adverts, and supporting candidate outreach

Helping to deliver a smooth onboarding experience by collecting documents and preparing IT/equipment

Posting employer‑branding content and keeping our talent pool engaged

Setting up laptops, responding to basic IT queries, and ordering equipment

Supporting internal communications, events, and general office administration

Managing office supplies, stationery, post, and home‑office equipment shipments

Working hours and location:

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30  

Office location: Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD) plus home working

Benefits:

 Salary:  £26,328 per annum.

Holiday Allowance: 26 days of holiday per year (including birthday leave) plus English bank and public holidays, plus an additional day of Birthday leave.

Pension Scheme: Employer pension contribution matched at 4%.
