Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support end-to-end HR and recruitment administration.
This role plays a critical part in employee onboarding, personnel records management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and maintain personnel documentation including contracts, licences, training certificates, and employee records
Support employee onboarding using SAP SuccessFactors (Manage Pending Recruits, Manual Labour Hire, EC Uploads, profile updates)
Coordinate with Recruitment Administrators for system access, reference checks, document retrieval, and uploads
Maintain accurate employee data including personal details, allowances, changes in conditions, and termination records
Liaise with HR Managers, Recruitment Team Leaders, Recruitment Advisors, and HSE teams to support workforce requirements
Gather and consolidate personnel documentation from Recruitment, HSE, and Training & Development teams
Conduct and manage reference checks using Business Connect and other approved systems
Handle ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required
Support operational needs by completing tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
BPO and Construction industry background is an advantage
Previous experience in HR administration, onboarding, or personnel records management is required.
Experience using HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred
Computer savvy with solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PDF tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee records
Highly organized with good time management and prioritization skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00AM)
