Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations, employee records management, and recruitment processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate HR data, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing timely support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Manage and secure personnel files, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
Administer HR transactions, workflows, and documentation within agreed timelines
Handle employee documentation including onboarding, offboarding, clearances, and disciplinary records
Address employee concerns and support employee relations processes
Generate HR reports and provide ad hoc reports as required
Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and coordination, ensuring timely hiring
Monitor and maintain applicant documentation and recruitment records
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with HR policies
Perform general administrative tasks related to HR operations
Support additional HR functions as required by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience
Hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation, account setup, clearances, and exit coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong administrative capability
High attention to detail with strong data management and organizational skills
Strong understanding of confidentiality and data security practices
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and people management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Willing to work onsite full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday to Friday, morning shifting schedule).
