What makes this role exciting
The HR Administrator will work closely with the local HR Leads, regional Business Partners, global HR Administrators and other functions in the HR team to ensure the business and employees are fully supported throughout the employee life cycle within the Southern EMEA Region (Spain, France and Italy). This includes the onboarding & probation processes, HR policies & practices, employment law, and day-to-day support on HR queries. The successful candidate needs to be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the preboarding and onboarding process for new hires in compliance with legal requirements, including issuance of offer letters and employment agreements, background checks and JIRA tickets.
Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit documentation and processes are handled smoothly and in compliance with company policies.
Capture all employee changes, ensuring accurate HRIS System update and timely release of all necessary documentation.
Maintenance of HR systems and employee folders through regular data audits, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data across global offices.
Administer employee benefits that include enrollments, changes, and terminations, and address employee inquiries related to benefits.
Help implement employee engagement activities and programs for the region and globally.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns via Workday.
Experience needed for this role
Experience in with end-to-end HR Operation processes or similar administrative operational tasks within the EMEA region.
Experience in using an HR system (Workday) or any HR/Payroll software is preferred; training is provided.
Excellent Microsoft Office applications in general (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel), with proven ability to learn new technologies
A people person with excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Strong organisational skills, being able to prioritise multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Team player who can collaborate with other teams in the organisation
