Working closely with the HR team, you will help ensure information is well‑organised, processes are followed consistently, and communication is clear and dependable. You will contribute to creating an efficient, supportive, and well‑structured HR environment that reflects our values of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and confidentiality.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient administration, enjoys creating structure and organisation, and is confident handling confidential information with discretion. You will play an important role in supporting the HR team and ensuring a smooth, well‑managed experience for employees across the business.
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator with experience delivering high‑quality HR administration in a fast‑paced environment. You will have a strong track record of maintaining accurate HR records, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and supporting the smooth running of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be detail‑focused, professional, and discreet, with excellent communication skills and a positive, solution focused attitude. You will be a collaborative team player who takes ownership, shows initiative, and contributes proactively to continuous improvement across HR activities
