Job Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the HR team across all HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR administration, HRIS management, employee lifecycle support, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR team across all HR functions.
Maintain and update HR systems and Bamboo accurately and timely.
Track and monitor employee probation periods and notify relevant stakeholders of upcoming reviews.
Schedule, coordinate, and minute HR-related meetings.
Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and employee correspondence. Monitor contracts and expiration dates.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure employee records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with data protection standards.
Support HR reporting and audits as required.
Assist with implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Support the pulling of HR Reports.
Assist with health insurance enrolment/dismissal.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in an HR administrative role.
Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g. BambooHR or similar).
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
