Be part of a team where:

The HR Administrative Officer
will support the HR team during a maternity leave period (7 months), working closely with the People & Culture Director and the HR Administrative Officer.

 

Main responsibilities:

Recruitment and selection: Posting job openings, managing recruitment channels, coordinating interviews.

Employee onboarding/offboarding: Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding and offboarding process, in coordination with managers and the IT department.

Training coordination: Organising required training sessions, including defining content and dates with providers, sending invitations to employees, monitoring participation, and preparing follow-up reports.

Payroll support: Collecting and submitting payroll inputs to the external provider, reviewing payrolls, and supporting approvals across multiple locations (Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, and France).

Employee data management: Maintaining and updating employee data in our different HR platforms (travel, holidays, employee data management, expenses…).

Management of employees’ contractual documentation: in preparation for periodic audits and providing accurate and timely information.

Benefit management: Provide support in managing employee benefits, including private health insurance, Pluxee, and other programs.

Administrative support: Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice processing, data extraction and alignment with other departments, updating the intranet (People Portal), and supporting surveys, including public administration requests and employee satisfaction surveys.

Occupational Risk Prevention: Supporting the monitoring and follow-up of matters related to Occupational Risk Prevention.

Must-have:

 

Minimum 2 years of experience working in an HR department.

Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Good management of MS Office Tools - Especially Excel, Word, Power Point.

Good knowledge of HR administrative processes, including payroll would be a plus.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confidentiality duty.

Team player who can work independently.

Pro-active and hands-on.

Strong cultural awareness and intercultural communication skills.

Empathetic, collaborative, and people-oriented mindset.

Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture. 

Nice-to-have:

Experience managing FUNDAE training processes.

Experience in employees’ data management with different HR platforms.

Kindly note that this is a temporary (7 months -from April to October-) and full-time position and it is based in Barcelona.

 

Salary: between 28.000 €- 32.000 € gross annual, depending on experience.

 

Possibility to homework 2 days a week.
