About the job
As an All-round HR Administrative Officer, you provide operational and administrative support across multiple HR domains. You play a key role in the smooth day-to-day functioning of HR processes and work closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Fleet and HR Operations.
The position is centered on day-to-day HR administration and operational support within the HR team.
Your responsibilities
HR administration & personnel administration
• Preparing and processing employment contracts, addenda and HR documentation
• Maintaining and updating employee files (onboarding, changes, offboarding) in our HRIS
• Administrative follow-up of contract, role and personal data changes
HR Operations support
• Preparing and delivering HRIS input in collaboration with HR Ops
• Managing documents and administrative deadlines
• Supporting audits, controls and standard HR reporting
HRBP & L&D support
• Administrative support in onboarding activities
• Planning and follow-up of training sessions, registrations and evaluations
• Managing training administration and documentation
• Supporting HR initiatives and projects from an administrative perspective
• Handling day-to-day HR-related administrative questions from employees
Fleet & general administration
• Administrative support to the Fleet Manager (vehicles, contracts, documents, follow-up)
• Follow-up of supplier documentation and internal requests
• General administrative support within the HR department
Your Profile
• Bachelor or equivalent through experience
• You have experience in an HR or administrative support role
• Highly accurate, structured and strong in follow-up
• Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
• Service-oriented with a hands-on mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with HRIS is an asset
• Fluent in Dutch and English
