We are looking for someone capable of designing, leading, and coordinating the transformation strategy of the area, driving digitalisation, operational efficiency, and excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. This position acts as a key driver of change, with a strategic vision and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Design and implement transformation and continuous improvement plans for the Personnel Administration area.
Act as PMO (Project Management Office) in transversal transformation projects within the area.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of end-to-end digitalization and operational efficiency projects.
Analyze, redesign, and optimize administrative processes (hiring, payroll, time management, leave and sick leave).
Ensure the correct implementation of HR technological tools (HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Meta4, etc.).
Define metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the impact and sustainability of the improvements implemented.
Collaborate with other areas (Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations) to ensure consistency across shared processes.
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and internal customer orientation.
Requisitos
What profile are we looking for?
Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Engineering or similar, with advanced training in Project Management, Digital Transformation, or HR Management.
Proven 5–7 years of experience leading digital projects focused on personnel administration or HR consulting.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Strong technical knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Specialization in payroll processes, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, and lead digitalization projects.
In-depth knowledge and application of Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma methodologies.

The salary range for the HR Administration & Payroll Transformation Manager role is €50,000–€70,000 + variable compensation (defined based on overall profile assessment in the final stage of the selection process).
