As a HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role within our HR team. You won’t just shape the future of our People function – you’ll also actively contribute to our international growth. You see yourself as a sparring partner to the business: close to the teams, proactive in providing new ideas, and actively involved in driving change. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of cross-functional HR projects with high visibility across the organization.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
• Manage HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – including accurate contracts, data, and documentation.
• Take ownership of sub-projects, such as developing global HR guidelines or coordinating cross-location initiatives.
• Drive the professionalization and international alignment of HR processes, including adapting tools and documents to local requirements.
• Handle operational and labor law–related topics (benefits, policies, HRIS) in collaboration with external partners in target markets.
• Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational development.
• Oversee international employees during visa, work permit, and relocation processes to ensure smooth integration.
