Since Daruma Corporation was established in 1986, we were engaged in export, the consulting & management of office / factories. After 1991, our main business became construction (mainly Japanese companies).
Today, we make sure on construction that we provide

(2) including maintenance works
(3) and better quality work than other companies
(4) at reasonable prices.

• Accountable for carrying out the human resources policies and programs of the company by providing support activities of the ff. Functions• Recruitment• Job Posting

• Records management
• Accountable for organizing special events within the company
• Assists in the implementations of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications and/or meetings.
• Assists in the design and recommends compensation package in order to attract, reward and retain qualified, talented employees.
• Assists the Front Desk Officer when needed.
• Assists in Purchase Control Documents.
• College graduate of any Business or Human Resource 4-year course
• Advance computer skills with M.S. Office
• Have good communication skills
• Must have the ability to keep confidential information
• Male/Female
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field
• Not more than 35 years old
