• Manage HR administration including onboarding, employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and offboarding.
• Coordinate employee visa processing, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and payroll documentation.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.
• Handle company trade license renewals and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate submissions and documentation with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA/Immigration, Dubai Municipality, DHA where applicable).
• Support renewal and maintenance of drugstore / medical device related licenses and approvals.
• Maintain HR and company documentation, employee files, and regulatory records.
• Support general office administration, vendor coordination, and internal administrative processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR/Admin experience in UAE, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmacy, or regulated industries.
• Good knowledge of:
• UAE Labour Law
• Visa and immigration procedures
• Trade license renewal processes
• Medical device / drugstore regulatory requirements (preferred)
