HQ - Junior Paralegal

We are looking for a Junior Paralegal for our HQ Legal team to provide legal-administrative support to the HQ Legal and Finance teams covering a broad range of legal, administrative and governance tasks.

What you will do:
• Coordinating the physical or electronic signature process of legal documents on a corporate level
• Coordinating signing process with notary office
• Managing the physical archive of corporate documents, including keeping a well-organized archive, scanning of physical documents and tracking of original documents exiting the archive
• Administration and continuous improvement of the Virtual Data Room, the set-up of contract counterparties, the e-filing of contracts, searches and compilations of contracts
• Maintain the group corporate structure chart
• Managing KYC requests
• Drafting and reviewing powers of attorney
• Preparing the annual shareholders' and directors' resolutions for the approval of the financial results of the group companies
• Preparing and executing filings with local commercial registers, and/or coordinates such tasks with external lawyers and/or the team responsible
• Reviewing and drafting of contractual documents such as NDAs, short-form agreements, extension and amendment to agreements, and supplier contracts
• Supporting the HQ Legal team in a variety of other legal-administrative tasks, including the drafting and global implementation of regulations and other legal documents and/or legal trainings

Requirements:
• A degree in law or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a law firm or legal/administrative team with an international scope
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience working with Spanish legal documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing contracts and legal documents
