Job Description

Position Title : HP Operation Manager Support 

Location : Dallas - TX

Length : Full time / Permanent Position  

Required Skills

• Experience HP Operations Manager for Linux fro Linux 9.x

• Ability to manage and create monitors

• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with HP Operations Agent (Unified Agent)

• Strong skills with application and infrastructure monitoring

• Ability to work with both Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems

• Ability to create and maintain both shell and Perl scripts

• Participation in a rotating 24x7 operations and on-call support model

• Experience with MIDAS and MIDAS Outage Manager

• Ability to understand business processes

• Understanding of Oracle, SQL and database technology 

• Experience in Sitescope, BSM and VueGen

• Knowledge and understanding of SCOM

• Exposure to Network Node Manager and SNMP

• Good knowledge HP BSM Suite

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing errors and anomalies and ability to perform analytical investigation 

• Exposure to Dev Ops, Scrum and Agile
