• Keep our Housekeeping team running smoothly; restocking trolleys with fresh linen and essential supplies in each floor’s dedicated pantry
• Bring energy to the role by clearing used linen, removing rubbish, and keeping service areas fully replenished
• Take pride in maintaining spotless guest corridors and welcoming public spaces
• Be a key part of the guest experience by assisting with special requests and delivering items directly to guest rooms
• Support our Room Attendants with guest room cleaning services whenever needed 

What you will bring to the role:

• Availability for afternoon shifts (3pm - 11pm across weekdays/weekends)
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Pride in presentation and luxury standards
• Strong communication skills 
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced active role 
• Safe Manual Handling knowledge and understanding 
• Prior experience in housekeeping as a houseperson, or all-rounder in a hotel (or similar)
