🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff during your shift
Ensure all areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards
Inspect work and hold your team accountable for quality
Train new hires and help develop strong team members
Assign daily tasks and help manage shift flow
Communicate with management on staffing, needs, and updates
Jump in and assist with cleaning when needed (we lead by example 👏)
✅ What We’re Looking For
Previous housekeeping experience (medical preferred, but not required)
Leadership or supervisory experience is a PLUS
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Someone dependable who shows up and gets the job done
A team player who can also take charge when needed
📌 Requirements
Must pass background check & drug screening
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
