• Ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with Accor standards and Housekeeping procedures,

• Maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and orderliness according to Accor standards and conduct necessary inspections,

• Work in coordination with the team under the direction of the department manager,

• Organize and sustain in-department training programs.

• Graduate of Vocational School or University in Tourism and Hotel Management,

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position,

• Possesses professional English proficiency,

• Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system,

• Adopts a friendly and service-oriented approach,

• Aims to continuously improve service quality,

• Strong communication skills,

• Enjoys problem-solving,

• Pays attention to personal grooming and appearance,

• Knowledgeable about hygiene procedures and applications,

• Strong in planning, time management, and stress management,

• Enjoys working as part of a team,

• Able to work in a shift system,

• Respects guest privacy,

• Has an organized and systematic work approach,

• Completed military service (for male candidates).
