Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Ensure Team Members are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
• Training and coaching line level colleagues
• Inspect and assign duties to office assistants, Daily Morning brief with all the relevant information.
• Check the attendance; follow up on maintenance complaints sent to the concerned department.
• Get Mini bar, and Consumption items from main store to Housekeeping and distribute to the units.
• Maintain the Mini Bar and consumption stock, maintain the mini bar bills and office bills
• Keep updating all the reports which come from the units, inform all necessary information to the units.
• Check all the reports daily and inform the concern person   
• Report to the Executive Housekeeper on any changes of normal procedures or emergencies.
• Cooperate with other departments to make smoother operations
• Update all the necessary information’s about the hotel and new procedures to follow.
• Make daily work report
• Promotes good team work among the Team Members and management.

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
