Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering a flawless guest experience? We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and organise cleaning schedules to keep things running smoothly
• Lead team briefings and prepare daily work lists
• Make sure all housekeeping staff arrive on time and are ready to work
• Keep the team updated on room status changes
• Help manage staff reviews, supplies, and equipment
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas daily
• Ensure rooms and amenities meet high standards
• Check rooms and hallways, fix any issues, and release rooms to Front Office
• Manage stock, lost property, and guest enquiries
• Follow instructions from the Executive Housekeeper and report any issues
• Keep storage areas stocked and organised
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed

• Experience in a housekeeping role
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Professional, proactive, and guest-focused mindset
