Mövenpick Surabaya City is a contemporary hotel strategically located near business districts, financial hubs, exhibition centres, hospitals, shopping centres, universities and the carnival park area. The hotel offers 243 rooms and suites from Deluxe rooms to Presidential suites, an all Day Dining restaurant, lobby bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym, and spa.
• To ensure the cleanliness of public areas are maintained and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel
• To supervise Housekeeping Attendants and inspect guest rooms and surrounding service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the standard of room cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
• To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details
