The Sebel Auckland Manukau is a stylish and convenient luxury property. Nestled in the heart of Manukau, just a short 15 minute drive from Auckland Airport and within walking distance of New Zealand’s largest theme park, Rainbow’s End. You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Supervisor, you will take ownership of our team, daily targets and ensure that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for every guest.
In this role you will be...
Leading and supporting our team to achieve daily targets.
Inspecting all assigned guest rooms to Accor standard.
Cleaning of guest rooms and/or public areas. 
Taking initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests.
Taking ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service.
What will you bring to the role?
Previous leadership experience in a similar role for a minimum of 18 months in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
Reliability and punctuality with excellent personal presentation. 
Great use of initiative and drive. 
A friendly, helpful and positive attitude. 
Confidence and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team. 
Be available to work on a rotating roster over 7 days a week including public holidays. 
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
