Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:

• spend most of your time on the floor, checking the cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public areas

• substitute our Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence

• share responsibility for our housekeeping team, which includes both internal staff and external cleaning companies, and ensure the team works together smoothly

• train and coach the team, ensuring that the established quality standards are maintained and followed

• assist in coordinating the external cleaning companies, handling orders, and checking delivery bills

• work hand in hand with our hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfil the wishes of our guests

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• previous experience in the same position

• a passion for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail

• presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you

• enjoying working with international guests and know exactly how to respond smartly to their diverse needs

• speaking English fluently
