About The Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. You will supervise colleagues, coordinate tasks and act as a role model in delivering consistent service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise floor waiters, valets and cleaning staff, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned rooms and areas.
Verify compliance with MOHG standards and respond to guest requests.
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests (Alice/Infor).
Lead the daily operation of the department on the floor, controlling the quality and efficiency of service.
Participate in training, meetings and periodic quality controls.
Inspect rooms for arrivals.

What We Expect From You

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior room attendant, ideally within luxury hospitality.
Strong organisational skills, active leadership and team supervision.
Attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of hotel systems (Infor, Alice).
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
Fluent in Spanish; English is highly desirable.
