The Housekeeping Supervisor role at Fairmont is pivotal in ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead your team in maintaining high presentation standards, safety, and operational excellence—fully aligned with Fairmont’s luxury brand expectations.

Position Type: Permanent

Pay Rate: $26.87

Job Duties Include:

• Lead, supervise, and support all areas of the Housekeeping Department including Room Attendants, Housepersons, Turndown Attendants, and Public Area Attendants.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities meet Fairmont’s luxury cleanliness standards.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Train, coach and inspire the team; providing regular performance feedback
• Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetings
• Maintain effective communication across departments (e.g., Front Office, Engineering)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Opera or similar property management systems is an asset.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, and able to lift moderate weights as needed

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
