As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the resort. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices, cleaning techniques, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
