Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of room attendants and public area attendants to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and high standards of guest service throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to hotel standards.

• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas regularly.

• Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates and special guest requests.

• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain service quality.

• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure proper use and availability.

• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Assist in scheduling, staff allocation, and daily briefing.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.

• Basic computer knowledge and understanding of housekeeping systems (Opera) is an advantage.
