Housekeeping Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the hotel. You will lead a passionate team of housekeepers and ensure that guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment.

About the role:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and a consistently high level of cleanliness across all areas.
• Recruit, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service and maintain team morale.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Manage the housekeeping budget, including inventory control and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and service excellence.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively.
