Position Summary
The Rooms Experience Specialist ensures that guest have an excellent experience in alignment with the Loden’s standards by keeping rooms and other areas of the hotel clean and safe. The duties which are expected will vary from time to time and may not include duties listed in this agreement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow Loden service standards and housekeeping time tasks guidelines
Is able to finish daily tasks list independently and following Loden Luxury Service standards at all times during the daily shift
Follow proper lost and found guidelines
Able to work independently or with the team and always following the Loden Luxury standards and safe work practices
Document and report room deficiencies to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Manager
Attend department or hotel general meetings
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
Experience: Hotel experience is an asset, but not a requirement
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Be adaptable and flexible
Be patient, helpful, and interested in the welfare of the guests and staff
Be organized and able to prioritize workload
Use great attention for detail and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and is able to communicate professionally with guests, colleagues, and leaders
Upbeat, polished, professional, positive, and outgoing individual able to relate and interact with all levels of staff and guests.
Able to maintain confidentiality
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and meet deadline/cut off when needed with attention to detail and accuracy
Is able to stand, lift, pull and push the equipment and tools during the shift
Is able to use the work tools properly and efficiently
Able to work and be available days, weekends, holidays, evenings, and nights as per operational needs
