We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housekeeping Ordertaker to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Housekeeping Ordertaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by efficiently managing housekeeping requests and coordinating with various departments.
• Answer and process guest requests for housekeeping services in a timely and courteous manner
• Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure prompt fulfilment of guest requests
• Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping orders and their status
• Liaise with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to address guest concerns
• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies as needed
• Assist in scheduling room cleaning and turndown services
• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure all interactions with guests meet the hotel's high standards of customer service
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
