Housekeeping Manager

at our upcoming property, in Paros.

This position is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of cleanliness and comfort during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel.
• Lead, mentor, and train the housekeeping staff in delivering outstanding service, meeting quality standards, and achieving operational excellence.
• Oversee the allocation of housekeeping duties, ensuring efficient staff utilization and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office to prioritize room readiness and address guest requests promptly.
• Manage the budget for the housekeeping department, including ordering supplies and controlling operating costs.
• Ensure all staff comply with health and safety regulations while fostering a safe work environment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
