We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Housekeeping professional to join our team in Cincinnati, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities that reflect our organization's commitment to excellence. You will work independently to ensure all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization while adhering to health and safety protocols.

• Clean and sanitize all assigned areas, including offices, common spaces, restrooms, and break rooms using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality standards
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance issues or areas requiring attention and report findings to management
• Dispose of waste materials properly and in compliance with organizational and environmental guidelines
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other amenities in designated areas
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to protect the well-being of staff and visitors
• Respond promptly to special cleaning requests and address concerns from building occupants
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the organization

• Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or facility maintenance (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and proper usage techniques
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational procedures and standards
