We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will create welcoming, comfortable environments for our guests and colleagues while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. • Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards and procedures, ensuring all spaces are well-organized
• Perform daily housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies with efficiency and precision
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs and requests, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times
• Inspect rooms and facilities for cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns to supervisors immediately
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and utilize cleaning products safely and appropriately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and support across all housekeeping operations
• Adapt to changing priorities and shift schedules with flexibility and resilience
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a secure and sanitary environment
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions

• Warm, caring personality with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Previous housekeeping or similar hospitality experience (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and strong time management abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively with professionalism and courtesy
• Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Reliability, punctuality, and demonstrated work ethic
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing work demands
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
