Housekeeping Associate – BoxHouse Village (Pecos and Monahans, TX)

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces at the BoxHouse Village in Pecos, Texas. This role focuses on unit cleaning, linen turnover, and laundry operations to ensure a consistently high standard of comfort and presentation for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare BoxHouse units between guest or resident stays

Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and staging linens and towels

Restock units with essential supplies and report low inventory

Follow established cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and quality standards

Identify and report maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
