Where: Lethbridge, AB

What: 2 casual positions available

When: Monday to Friday - 5pm to 12am

Hourly wage: $15.30/hr

* Requires up to date vaccination record and Criminal Background check

How You’ll Make an Impact:  

•    Collect all waste (soiled linen and garbage)

•    Spot clean walls and windows including blinds

•    Clean center core rooms and alcoves

•    Change bedside and/or shower curtains if soiled

•    Clean isolation and off-isolation rooms

•    Thoroughly clean washrooms

•    Clean all patient rooms

•    Vacuum (as required)

•    Lock to remove Sharp and Bio Containers, place in Soiled Hold

•    Disinfect all horizontal surfaces– paying special attention to “High Contacted Items”

•    Remove all tape and tape residue from walls and doors Restock Supplies

•    Damp dust above shoulder level

•    Dust and Wet mop floors’

•    Any other related tasks

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

•    A minimum of experience working with hospital housekeeping, facilities services, janitorial and custodial cleaning

•    High School diploma or some post-secondary education

•    Up to date vaccination record

•    Clear Criminal Background check  

•    Must be able to work 8 hours consecutively

•    Must be able to lift to 20 lbs
