Job Summary

The Better at Home Program assists seniors with simple, non-medical services that support the participant’s ability to continue living independently in their home. The services are intended to assist participants to achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life possible, according to their choice. The Housekeeper reports to the Supervisor.

The Housekeeper is responsible to perform housekeeping duties as agreed to when assigned – duties will vary depending upon the preferences and needs of the participant and any changes will be defined by Supervisor in consultation with the housekeeping staff

Better at Home housekeeping services will focus on safety by maintaining a hygienic environment by cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors as priority.

Working Conditions

Housekeeping duties are performed in the home of the participant. Duties and time allotment will be agreed to in advance and any changes are to be approved by the Supervisor.

Schedule assignments directly with the participant and maintain regular schedule to avoid confusion

Keep Supervisor informed regarding changes to participant needs or requests

Represent OneSky and the Better at Home program in a professional and courteous manner

Adhere to OneSky policies and procedures
