Hotelmanagement Partner (m/w/d) Gera

Your mission:
• Your journey to self-employment: after successfully completing the application process, establish your own limited liability company and take over the operational management of a B&B Hotel.
• Success lies in your hands: Benefit from an attractive commission based on your net sales. Through yield management and local sales, you ensure high occupancy rates and revenues.
• No space for boredom: You are responsible for daily operations, quality assurance, guest and team satisfaction, maintenance, inventory management, and the implementation of standards.
• Form your own team: Recruit and lead your own team and create a motivating work environment.

• Collaboration with Head Office: We will provide you with training and support by shared responsibilities and assistance.

Your profile:
• Industry experience: You have operational and/or administrative experience in hospitality. 
• Team leadership: You have already gained (initial) leadership experience.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You are ready to establish and run your own limited liability company and are eager to acquire the necessary knowledge to do so.
• Passion and commitment: You inspire your team and your guests and put the five values of B&B into everyday practice. Together with us, you will drive your hotel to success.
• Guest orientation: You are committed to high guest satisfaction and quality. Rather than avoiding conflicts and problems, you approach them with a commitment to finding solutions.
• Language skills: We require very good written and spoken German skills (minimum C2 with certification).
