• Passionate hotelier with a constant focus on quality, guest service and crafting memorable experiences
• Develop, implement, recommend and manage the operational departments' long term goals and projects implementations
• Maintain a professional and transparent relationship with team members and peers
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting and revenue management to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
• Establish and maintain high standards of service quality across all departments through regular monitoring and guest feedback analysis
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives to build and sustain a motivated and skilled workforce
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements throughout the property
• Foster strong relationships with guests, addressing concerns and gathering feedback to continuously enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and stakeholders to align property operations with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives

 

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Director of Department (Rooms, Sales & Marketing or F&B) in the luxury hospitality segment
• Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, budgeting and revenue optimization in a hotel environment
• Demonstrated expertise in guest service excellence and creating memorable experiences in luxury properties
• Strong understanding of the domestic market, local culture and regional business practices
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, recruit and retain high-performing teams
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in hotel management systems, revenue management software and digital technologies
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety and regulatory compliance standards in hospitality operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency such as German is a plus
• Strategic thinking and project management experience with the ability to align property operations with corporate objectives
• Passion for luxury hospitality and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality
