Costa Navarino is a sustainably driven destination in the Mediterranean, located in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese. Graced with a breath-taking seaside landscape, this is a region shaped by 4,500 years of history. It is currently home to four 5-star hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino at Navarino Dunes, W Costa Navarino and Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino at Navarino Bay.
The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture aligned with Westin brand values.
As the operational leader of the property, you will oversee key departments including Front Office, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping, ensuring seamless service delivery and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• The role predominantly involves the direct management of rooms department, including Front Office, Guest Experience and Housekeeping
• Represent the The Westin Costa Navarino as the first point of contact for any guest enquiry
• Act as a visible leader, interacting regularly with guests and staff
• Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through proactive engagement and service excellence
• Collaborate closely with department heads to maintain high operational standards
• Monitor and improve service quality, guest satisfaction scores, and team performance
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and Health & Safety regulations
• Analyze financial performance and manage costs without compromising service quality
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Foster a positive work environment and high employee engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Director in a 5-star branded property (200+ rooms)
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and service standards
• Fluency in English. Proficiency in Greek and other languages will be considered as additional asset.
