We are seeking a Host Vehicle / Ranger 2000 Project Manager to lead cost, schedule, and technical execution of a high-performance spacecraft platform supporting missile defense and national security space programs. This role drives end-to-end delivery from design through build, integration, and test, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet aggressive program milestones.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
Own project execution for a mission-critical spacecraft platform across design, build, integration, and test.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams.
Drive integrated schedules, budgets, and technical milestone tracking.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain delivery commitments.
Support design reviews, test readiness activities, and customer/stakeholder engagements as needed.
What It Takes
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
7+ years of aerospace project or program management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering complex hardware programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and execution discipline.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Spacecraft bus, hosted payload, or modular spacecraft platform experience.
Experience delivering flight hardware on rapid timelines.
Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
