Job Description

Carolina Ale House is seeking Hosts to join our team in Myrtle Beach!

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the establishment.

Manage the guest reservation system, including taking reservations and handling cancellations or modifications.

Maintain an organized and efficient waiting list during busy periods, ensuring guests are seated promptly.

Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Display a friendly and outgoing demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Must be 18 years of age.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Team player mentality, willing to assist other team members when needed.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
