Hospitality Operations Manager (m/f/x)

As a Hospitality Operations Manager (m/f/x), the development and expansion of our activities around the actual stay of our guests is your baby - not always easy to handle, but infinitely lovable!

• You support the smooth running of the daily hospitality operations at Raus.
• You are the point of contact for our local service providers and ensure that the cabins are rentable.
• You interface with our Guest Experience team and host with passion, ensuring that each of our guests has a fantastic time in nature.
• You always keep an eye on the processes and workflows and proactively contribute with suggestions for improvement.
• Together with our land partners and service providers on site, you take care of quality management and also keep an eye on costs.
• You are technically skilled and enjoy helping out when things go wrong in order to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Your profile.:
• You have several years of experience in the field of maintenance and/or operations, preferably in a hotel business or in holiday home rentals.
• You like to be on the go and have fun getting involved yourself and inspiring guests. With your proactive independent way of working, you manage to set the right priorities and see solutions instead of problems.
• You have experience in leading small teams and external partners.
• Driving license is a must, BE driving license would be helpful.
• You are passionate about redefining travel and nature holidays, are close to nature and love to spend time in nature.
• You speak fluent German and business fluent English.
