Location: Pierce County (Tacoma & Port Orchard)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $33.00 – $37.50 per hour + Benefits

We are seeking a hands-on, organized Business Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations across our Tacoma and Port Orchard locations. This role ensures efficient office workflows, supports clinical and administrative teams, assists with sales support and community outreach, and maintains a compliant, positive, and high-performing office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise Team Assistants (TAs) and oversee daily office operations
Manage workflows, staffing schedules, and resources across two office locations
Support HR with hiring, onboarding, and staff coordination
Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient intake, referrals, and care operations
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance
Oversee contract management, medical record requests, and license & certification renewals
Partner with leadership on process improvements and quality initiatives
Support the sales team and assist with community outreach efforts
Qualifications
Previous office leadership experience in healthcare, hospice, or home health preferred
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, and office management tools
Knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards preferred
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain high attention to detail
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
