Asbury Automotive Group, the 5th largest public automotive retailer in the country is currently looking for an Automotive Operations Manager for their third Qauto retail location in Fort Myers, FL!

We are a Fortune 500 company with over 28 brands that has shown solid sales growth and exceptional customer satisfaction. The right candidate will have leadership skills and oversee the successful operation of the retail service and reconditioning departments of the dealership.

Nalley Honda a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 85 stores and over 29 brands, is currently looking for an Internet / BDC Director!

 

We are looking for a driven Experienced Internet Director to join us in supporting our sales staff, and assist us in building and representing the brand.

 

We provide a highly competitive compensation plan that includes a base, plus commission and bonus pay, along with the security of being a part of an award winning location and brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process via online
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff on Phone & Internet skills and assist in closing sales
• Manage the dealerships CRM and implement processes and work flows
• Desk Deals and email customers quotes
• Help manage inventory online and incentives
• Work with third party vendors such as AutoTrader and Cars.com to generate and boast lead counts

Job Qualifications

• Prior Sales Leadership – Dealership experience required
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Be able to coach, development and motivate sales staff
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
• Deal with local and national vendors and manufacturer representatives
• Attend Sales Manager Meetings
• Follow up on all Internet leads daily and with follow  up calls
