Schedule (PST): Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PST Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST Thursday & Sunday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Homecare Scheduler to coordinate and manage caregiver schedules for homecare clients. The ideal candidate will ensure high‑quality, consistent service by matching caregiver availability and skills with client needs. This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while remaining compliant with care plans and service standards.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate caregivers for client home visits Match caregivers to clients based on skills, care requirements, and availability Handle last‑minute changes, call‑offs, and emergency coverage/ Maintain continuity of care and ensure all visits are fully staffed Communicate schedule updates to caregivers, clients, and care teams Track visit completion, attendance, overtime, and compliance Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in scheduling/EHR systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, coordination, customer support, or a similar role C1 English level (excellent spoken and written communication) Strong scheduling, planning, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to solve problems under pressure Professionalism, empathy, and discretion when handling client and caregiver information Proficiency with scheduling software and digital tools
