Overview

We are seeking a skilled Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to serve patients in the Denison, TX area. This role offers independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to deliver advanced infusion therapies directly in the patient’s home or alternate-site setting.

As part of a collaborative infusion specialty team, you will provide high-quality clinical care, patient education, and ongoing monitoring to ensure safe, effective treatment. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy autonomy, direct patient connection, and predictable daytime scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions, injections, and specialty medications in home-based or alternate-site settings.

• Perform assessments and develop patient-centered care plans aligned with prescriber orders.

• Manage and troubleshoot central lines, ports, peripheral IVs, and infusion pumps.

• Educate patients and caregivers on line care, medication administration, and therapy expectations.

• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and case managers to promote continuity of care.

• Monitor for therapy-related complications and report concerns promptly.

• Complete accurate electronic documentation in compliance with clinical standards.

• Provide after-hours visits or on-call support when required.

Required

• Active Texas RN license (Compact License accepted)

• At least 1 year of IV infusion or acute care nursing experience

• Competency in IV therapy, venipuncture, PICC/port management

• Current BLS certification

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

Preferred

• 2+ years of home infusion or home health experience

• CRNI® certification or similar infusion specialty credential

Compensation & Benefits

• $40.00 – $45.00/hour based on experience
