Reliant Healthcare Group is dedicated to unlocking the full potential in every child. We are seeking experienced, passionate Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing pediatric home health team across Texas.

Our Intake team thoughtfully builds caseloads in areas close to where therapists live, helping minimize drive time while maximizing work-life balance. This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, child-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Hiring in the following areas: Cypress, Houston, Katy, Richmond, Sugar Land

Responsibilities

Implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans with measurable goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Engage pediatric patients using fun, age-appropriate games and activities to promote participation and progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, consistent care

Qualifications

Certification as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant

Active Texas state license
